Teacher Development Program<\/h2>\n

Research is conclusive: teaching quality is one of the factors that most conditions student performance.<\/p>\n

For this reason we created the \u201cTeacher Development Program\u201d, which offers training opportunities and contributes to the acknowledgement of Uruguayan teachers.<\/p>\n

Fundaci\u00f3n ReachingU assumes this new commitment to Uruguayan education, for which it proposes to raise the necessary funds to invest at least US$ 1,500,000 in the period 2024-2026 in the Teacher Development Program.<\/p>\n
