Our 2024 Portfolio will be organized into these 2 programs and their respective areas.
Thanks to your support, in 2024 we will be funding 27 educational projects that will reach over 11,000 children, teenagers and educators.<\/p>\n

Teacher Development Program<\/h2>\n

Research is conclusive: teaching quality is one of the factors that most conditions student performance.
For this reason we created the “Teacher Development Program”, which offers training opportunities and contributes to the acknowledgement of Uruguayan teachers.
Fundaci\u00f3n ReachingU assumes this new commitment to Uruguayan education, for which it proposes to raise the necessary funds to invest at least US$ 1,500,000 in the period 2024-2026 in the Teacher Development Program.<\/p>\n

Within our Educational Experiences Program, we identify projects focused on the continuity of students within the formal education system, on the development of innovative proposals that increase the eagerness for learning and on the implementation of creative alternatives to provide solutions to real problems detected in the different educational areas.<\/p>\n
