At Fundaci\u00f3n ReachingU, we promote teacher professional development as a continuous process of learning, reflection, and action, aimed at strengthening the knowledge, skills, and teaching practices of educators and other education professionals working with vulnerable populations in Uruguay.<\/span>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][et_pb_column type=”1_2″ _builder_version=”4.24.2″ _module_preset=”default” global_colors_info=”{}”][et_pb_text _builder_version=”4.27.5″ _module_preset=”default” global_colors_info=”{}”]<\/p>\n

Through the Teacher Development Program, we support and fund training initiatives that promote ongoing professional development in key areas such as mathematics education, learning difficulties, literacy, pedagogical leadership, and educational inclusion.<\/p>\n

Great teachers inspire, transform, and make a difference. That is why we focus on the development, continuous learning, and recognition of those who teach.<\/p>\n
