The academic performance of students in the most vulnerable contexts is far below that of students in more advantaged sectors.
In highly vulnerable areas, 7 out of 10 third-grade students do not reach the minimum proficiency levels in mathematics, while in more favorable contexts that number drops to 2 out of 10.
