Fundación ReachingU is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization and contributions are tax deductible in the United States to the extent permitted by law.
Donor-Advised Funds
Donors get a tax deduction for making contributions to Fundación ReachingU. DAV’s can be established by a company, a family or an individual donor who will eventually recommend/choose organizations to receive funds. Many of our US based donors channel their annual contributions through this mechanism.
URUGUAY
Special Donations System of the Ministry of Economy and Finance
Fundación ReachingU is one of the organizations benefited from this law. If your Uruguayan company pays IRAE (Tax on Income from Economic Activities) or wealth tax, it may obtain the tax benefits provided under this law.
