Strategic Education Management Based on Evidence and Technology – AUDEC

Educational leadership and its ability to guide the school's actions to reach its goals is one of the main factors associated with quality learning. However, one of the challenges faced by the management teams of educational institutions is the lack of adequate information for decision-making. This often leads to subjective rather than evidence-based decisions. To address this, this project focuses on strategic management tools. The program includes face-to-face workshops, tutorials, and deliverables. Participants are expected to develop strategic plans with clear objectives, based on project management methodologies.
