This diploma equips teachers with tools to understand learning processes in language and mathematics, identify learning difficulties, and design evidence-based interventions. Through a hybrid format with a strong practical focus, participants acquire concrete strategies to improve their students’ learning outcomes. The project was supported in 2024 and 2025, achieving an estimated retention rate of 95% in 2025. The program received a satisfaction rating of 4.5/5, and 88% of participants reported applying the strategies learned, with observable improvements in motivation, reading comprehension, and fluency.

The amount indicated as granted to each program is the one approved by Fundación ReachingU Board of Directors. The funds that each organization receives may differ due to adjustments made to the programs or variations in the exchange rate.
