Diploma in School Coexistence – Universidad Católica del Uruguay (Catholic University of Uruguay)

This diploma strengthens the competencies of teachers and school leaders in managing school coexistence. It combines active and theoretical-practical methodologies—such as design thinking, case analysis, and playful practices—through a blended format, promoting sustainable communities of practice. The program addresses school coexistence across three levels (containment, conflict resolution, and promotion) through five modules focused on institutional culture, behavioral analysis, and socio-emotional development, aiming to foster positive and inclusive school climates.
