This diploma strengthens the competencies of teachers and school leaders in managing school coexistence. It combines active and theoretical-practical methodologies—such as design thinking, case analysis, and playful practices—through a blended format, promoting sustainable communities of practice.
The program addresses school coexistence across three levels (containment, conflict resolution, and promotion) through five modules focused on institutional culture, behavioral analysis, and socio-emotional development, aiming to foster positive and inclusive school climates.
The amount indicated as granted to each program is the one approved by Fundación ReachingU Board of Directors. The funds that each organization receives may differ due to adjustments made to the programs or variations in the exchange rate.
