Soccer for Education – Fundación ReachingU, in partnership with Pelota al Medio a la Esperanza (Ministry of the Interior) and UNESCO

This initiative combines sports, education, and solidarity to promote coexistence, respect, and teamwork in vulnerable contexts. The project includes a sports event in which children play alongside female and male soccer stars. In addition, a classroom-based pedagogical project is developed to deepen reflection on the values of sports and foster positive school coexistence. In 2026, the initiative seeks to scale its impact by reaching schools in vulnerable contexts in Montevideo and one inland department.
