2026 Portfolio
We promote a unique model within the Uruguayan educational ecosystem. We combine direct support for high-impact projects led by partner organizations with the co-creation of innovative solutions alongside strategic partners, including public institutions, universities, civil society organizations, and companies.
This dual strategy allows us to offer a portfolio with a systemic perspective, focused on generating scalable solutions and sustainable change.
To achieve this, we concentrate our efforts where impact is greatest: teachers, school leadership teams, and the learning environments that surround them.
- We invest in high-quality teacher training and leadership development.
- We support evidence-based innovative educational programs.
- We build networks of educators who bring change to their students and communities.
The result is a multiplier effect: a better-trained teacher impacts hundreds of students throughout their career, and a strengthened school leader can transform an entire school.
In 2026, Fundación ReachingU will invest more than USD 600,000 in 15 educational projects, aiming to directly reach over 6,000 children, adolescents, and teachers, and more than 45,000 students indirectly through their teachers, strengthening teacher training and promoting innovative educational experiences.
