Articulation and Institutional Strengthening Program – Fundación ReachingU

Fundación ReachingU 2020-2025 Strategic Plan defines that our intervention model (value proposition) combines two lines of intervention: -direct funding and co-creation of projects, -and institutional strengthening, articulation and access to knowledge. In this sense, and in order to strengthen the second aspect of this intervention model, the Board of Directors of Fundación ReachingU decided to strengthen its professional staff. By 2024, and in line with the work that has been carried out to consolidate this intervention model, the Articulation and Institutional Strengthening Program is created, which meets the objective of systematizing and quantifying the value created by Fundación ReachingU by supporting its grantees. This program complements and enhances the value that Fundación ReachingU adds to the entire Uruguayan educational ecosystem, through a transversal intervention to the entire portfolio that provides advice to teachers and technical teams, generates synergies between organizations and replicates the knowledge generated to amplify its impact.
