Professionalization of care at La Huella’s Residential and Family Support Center

In 2025, CAFF La Huella —a care center that provides comprehensive protection for 32 children and adolescents separated from their families by protective measures— will focus on professionalizing its care model with an emphasis on quality. This includes ongoing training for its educational and technical staff (in partnership with Fe y Alegría, CLAVES NGO, and expert Carmen Rodríguez), the development of a human capital management policy, the implementation of minimum quality standards, and infrastructure improvements at the residential facility.
