This project promotes significant experiences involving books and artistic expression at public centers for early childhood (CAIF) in Canelones, a department next to the country capital. Al abrir un libro has three core objectives: training the trainers, caring for young children in vulnerable settings and accompanying education trajectories. It also provides each center with a library of carefully selected books.
The amount indicated as granted to each program is the one approved by Fundación ReachingU Board of Directors. The funds that each organization receives may differ due to adjustments made to the programs or variations in the exchange rate.
