ÁNIMA seeks to generate conditions that allow young people from underprivileged backgrounds to complete their baccalaureate studies, while strengthening their link to the world of work so that they have better opportunities for labor inclusion ÁNIMA offers an environment that responds to the interests of young people, accompaniment, resources, work experiences, and contact networks to help develop their skills. The general objective of this program is to promote innovation in social inclusion, being able to transfer learning from dual training to young people who come from other educational centers in situations of social vulnerability and who can benefit from mentoring from professionals who work in leadership positions, increasing their social capital and promoting improvements in their educational paths.
