The purpose of this diploma is to provide teachers with tools to further understand the learning process, as well as the difficulties that may arise through it, in order to support the design and implementation of effective educational practices that allow quality learning for all students. Participants take 6 hybrid courses, including synchronous meetings and autonomous work done by the student. In order to get the diploma, every participant has to design and elaborate an intervention plan aimed at a group of students, a class or a particular student who are presenting learning disorders, so that they can apply the knowledge acquired by solving everyday classroom situations based on evidence and applying a systematic and sequenced work method.
