The project has three consecutive stages:
1) carrying out a study at the national level to detect the key competences acquired by students in teacher training careers and the main training gaps of future graduates;
2) developing three training courses for fourth year students taking teacher training courses in the fields of early childhood, primary school and high school, to address the three most flawed areas according to the study conducted in stage 1;
3) capacity-building and creation of a critical mass across the national territory, organizing one course in each region. The courses would aim at Didactics Teachers, representatives of the Institute for Education Sciences, Teaching Assistants and management teams of the centers that collaborate in training (practice centers).
