The Master's Degree in Educational Management at Universidad ORT Uruguay is a postgraduate course designed to lead organizational improvement and transformation processes, with a focus on educational centers. MA candidates are trained to generate and strengthen leadership and management skills. They also get a set of tools to understand, design and lead processes linked to current educational trends. In 2024, Fundación ReachingU will award 20 scholarships to former students of the graduate program of the Principles of Excellence Education Program at the University of Montevideo (UM), for which they were also awarded scholarships by the foundation at the time. In this way, it seeks to continue strengthening this group of educational leaders.
The amount indicated as granted to each program is the one approved by Fundación ReachingU Board of Directors. The funds that each organization receives may differ due to adjustments made to the programs or variations in the exchange rate.
