This project aims to contribute to the generation of a personalized and cost-efficient intervention program to promote early child development in Uruguay. It has 3 different stages: 1) design of an intervention program (called Timely Strengthening Child Development – FODI for its acronym in Spanish). 2) Implementation of the program through WhatsApp messages to the families of children in level 4 of early education. 3) Impact assessment. The FODI program was created to encourage the involvement of families in the promotion of child development in Uruguay. Based on the results of the universal evaluation that is already carried out in Uruguay's public Early Childhood Education (known as the Child Development Inventory -INDI-), recommendations are made so that parents or guardians can stimulate and support their development at home, adjusted to the child's level.

The amount indicated as granted to each program is the one approved by Fundación ReachingU Board of Directors. The funds that each organization receives may differ due to adjustments made to the programs or variations in the exchange rate.
