Leadership and Innovation in Early Childhood Program – Varkey Foundation

An integrated training program in leadership and educational innovation aimed at directors of early childhood centers. The goal is to strengthen their skills to enhance children’s learning outcomes. Through a dialogical and reflective approach, the program seeks for participants to: • Develop autonomous leadership, questioning existing practices and theories to renew their teaching practices. • Generate real changes, driving innovations in their centers and professionalizing their role. • Strengthen teamwork, promoting distributed and collaborative leadership. • Build a support network, connecting directors to share experiences and learning.
