Greencubadora (Greencubator)

Greencubator (Greencubadora) is an environmental education program that promotes scientific research in children and adolescents from vulnerable rural areas and small towns, through the incubation of projects within the scope of Science Clubs of the Department of Scientific Culture of the Ministry of Education and Culture. It is an initiative that encourages and supports education and research, as well as contributes to the generation of environmentally healthy habits and collaboration in the setting of objectives and their motivation and processes to achieve them. It is carried out through a series of meetings-workshops that allow to give the necessary technical support in the learning process, always with flexibility to adapt to the concrete reality of each group. It aims for participants to develop creative proposals to address environmental challenges that they identify as relevant, according to their age and social context.
